On the 13th and 14th of June 2009 between 10:00am and 7:00pm the residents of Zamosc and the surrounding towns and villages celebrated the
15th Hetman Fair
and
the Local Product Festival
During the contest for the best local product the contestants presented traditional local dishes. The promoters of the event were the Town Hall of Zamosć, Local Tourism Organisation "Zamosc and Roztocze" and the Zamosc Community Centre

A concert in the memory of John Paul II
On 2nd April 2009 at 9:20 p.m. there will be a concert commemorating John Paul's II 4th death anniversary.The concert will be held in the Zamosc Cathedral.
On the 5th April the residends of Zamosc will be celebrating the
Easter Sunday at the Easter Fair.
Folk artists will be presenting their handmade Easter decorations.
You are most warmly invited to join the Fair at the Great Market Square between 9:30a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

35th Spring rally in Wierzchowiny on 25th April 2009 !
On 12th March 2009 at 11 a.m. in Consulatus Hall in Zamosc took place a General Board Meeting of the Local Tourist Organisation "Zamosc i Roztocze". The Board has recapitulated all the actions taken up in 2008. The Board has also accepled the new working plan for 2009.
