Zamosc and Roztocze are not only attractive in summer but also in winter. Those who prefer to go on holiday in winter will also find something for themselves. The ski lifts in Krasnobród, Jacnia and Boliwa will tire the most assiduous skiers . The roads of Roztocze are also a perfect place for taking to cross-country skiing. In winter season there are many international events taking place here, for instance: „Hetmanki Run”, gathering the skiers from Poland and from across the boarder. Sleigh rides are equally popular here in Roztocze. Such ride lasts for about an hour and leads through a forest. The sleigh rides organizes secure the sleigh, and additional attractions ,if someone wishes for any. Usually such sleigh rides end with a bonfire and sausage roasting .
