Frampol Print

Frampol commune is placed at the junction of the national and provincial roads. The town is worth seeing mainly thanks to its unique achitecture.

Did you know that...

  • Frampol is built on the basis on the unique 18th-century urban plan resembling a spider web and the the Market squere there used to be bigger than the one in Cracov.

  • apart from the main streets there are also so called 'barn streets' where there are not houses that stand by the streets but ...barns

  • from the bird's eye-view the town once remained a shield and during the Second World War German aviators 'used' it as a target to practice their bombarding skills...

  • nearby the historic wooden church there is a beautiful wooden presbytery. Some people say it is the prettiest presbytery in Poland!

  • in Frampol you can find the oldest windmill in Roztocze Region.

  • there is the place in Roztocze region between Frampol and Hedwizyn where you can find hairpin roads!
